Smog + registration in one stop
Get your smog check and your registration handled in one visit. Why make two stops when you can make one?
Required documents, transaction eligibility, inventory, and processing availability apply. Contact us to confirm your transaction.
How the combined visit works
When a renewal notice or a vehicle sale calls for a smog check, the usual route is two stops: a smog station, then the DMV. Here, both happen at one counter.

Common questions
Can I get smog and registration done in the same visit?
Yes, that’s what we’re set up for. We test the vehicle, the result goes to the DMV electronically, and we process the eligible renewal or transfer at the same counter. If the car doesn’t pass, the registration waits until it passes a retest.
What happens if my car doesn’t pass?
You get the inspection report showing what failed. We’re a test-only station, so repairs are done at a repair shop, then the vehicle is retested. The state’s Consumer Assistance Program may help with repair costs or vehicle retirement if you qualify.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead holds a time for you.
